We take care of what you share with us. Here’s a clear, honest overview of the details we keep.

What information?

Only what you share in a form: your name, email address and, where you choose to provide them, your phone number, organisation or business, sector, role, message and answers to the choice questions. For donations, we also keep the items you offer, your town and any photo you add. Only the administrator can view that photo.

We keep your chosen language with your sign-up.

Why?

To let you know personally when something you’re interested in starts, or to answer your enquiry. We never sell or share your details with others.

For how long?

For as long as needed for the waiting list or your enquiry. Once the offering has started or your enquiry is resolved, we delete your details within two years at the latest.

Ask us to delete your details

Email tine.e.victoria@protonmail.com and we’ll delete your details. You can also ask to see the information we hold about you.
